They IMMEDIATELY to action, no questions asked, and shipped or reshipped items. However, it still took until March 13 for the items to arrive. I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. I give the highest marks to the seller for taking quick action to do what they could to rectify the problem to the best of their ability.
