The tracking number showed movement thru several postal facilities, so I presumed one had been found and shipped. I got an empty envelope with a note (see photo). Fortunately I was able to find one at another vendor. This is a poor business practice and a waste of time & money which drives prices higher.

They told me that they are aware of the same ongoing issue. I sent a request to cancel my order at around midnight; 5 hours later the tracking info was updated, and then an hour later my request was rejected and a shipping label was printed. They told me it was too late. Blatantly ignored the request and still proceeding to ship the item. As I typed this, the package is still waiting to be pick up by the shipper.
