Mine is 2017 F150 Lariat Super 4-door 5.0. 4 x 13mm bolts and two automotive connectors to get seat out. Didn't have to touch the seat belts. 2 x T-something, I don't remember, screws to get plastic panel with electric seat adjustments off. 3 more electric connectors then a lot of prying and figuring out how to get cover off. 1.5 hours all-in-all. I am not a mechanic.
