The twist assembley wasn't useful because the original incorporates the on/off switch but with a little finagling the cable worked. I haven't been able to take the bike out yet but it seems to run alright in the garage. The shipping was surprisingly fast.

It's stalling out could be the air mix/throttle screws not set correctly. The 1st pkg was delayed (about 2 weeks) and untraceable. I contacted the seller, and he sent another unit ASAP. Then both units arrived, and I'll be returning one of them as discussed. The seller did ship the item on time as promised. The carrier caused the delay.
