A lot of our apparel is hand-printed to order. This customers order did not ship in the week he purchased it and we are doing our best to update the shipping time frames for our custom printed goods. We had told him when the goods tracking would update but he was very upset and decided to post negative feedback after we printed his goods and honored his cancel request.

This is a custom part that is made to order and it says so in the add, so it wouldn't be fair to knock them on shipping time. That being said, they also have some colors in stock and if you email them, they get back to you quickly with what they have and they will ship those out very fast.
