    VHS tape was shipped with just paper wrapped around it and no packaging to protect it during shipping so it arrived dented by the handling in transit. Sent seller a message to please be careful in the future and received no response. Tape was still in good condition so I kept it. Hopefully packing such items for shipping is better now.
