They IMMEDIATELY to action, no questions asked, and shipped or reshipped items. However, it still took until March 13 for the items to arrive. I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. It’s a quality flag, very well made and worth the price easily. There was a shipping issue, but seller responded quickly and shipped me a new item at no cost. I am very satisfied and would absolutely do business again! A++++++

Condition was new in factory sealed package. Price was good if only it would have been as the advertised image. So no I wouldn’t recommend this product for that reason. But I would still recommend this Seller! Because I reached out and sent them pictures and they responded back. They also provided a paid return label and refunded my money.
