I have a small TV set that I bought on sale at Walmart many years ago because it runs off 12 volt power so I could also use it in my vehicle. When I purchase the item I got it at a severe discount because it did not have a stand to it. Recently I have had to use a temporary desktop computer and wanted to use this monitor to view it. I purchased this stand in order to facilitate this. I'm very satisfied.
