Came with a few scuffs and the power supply had a dent in it but all works perfectly. Also didn't include the two screws that attached the screen to the printer. Instructions were a bit like a fever dream... Or an optical illusion? If I wasn't so light hearted I'm sure the instructions would've awoken some type of angry demon inside of me but me and my husband had a good laugh trying to figure out that mess of a manual. Good stuff

The only drawback is the instruction manual, it should be rewritten or the parts labeled as many can both either way leaving you to guess. But the price was right, so all in all a good deal. thanks

I ordered a Ender 3 V2 but they were out of stock so they gave me the choice to wait on V2 stock or upgrade to a V2 Neo for free so it could be shipped out quickly. I took the upgrade. The printer came well packed in it's factory box with all of the accessories and documentation it would've from the factory. Printer looked new except for a couple cosmetic imperfections and the print surface plate had a blemish.
