The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. There was a 12 hour time difference between the seller and myself, but they always answered my requests
