The delay caused the delivery schedule to conflict with my availability, so he personally made sure the club would arrive when I would be home to accept delivery.. greatly appreciated! I will definitely be doing business with him in the future. My Golf Club was very well protected during shipping!!

Completely my error. Factory Direct actually called me as soon as I submitted the return request to discuss the issue. Sent me a return label within minutes. I will get a full refund and they are going to try to get me a comparable left handed club! They didn't have to do that. They have already gone above and beyond.
