Our board went through three cycles of repair and testing before they determined it could not be fixed. Communications was grate from the start and all through the process. Overall they spent about three weeks working on this repair. In the end we were offered a reasonable refund. I would give these folks a try again if needed.

This was not our mistake

Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. I received it, well packaged, and and it is working like new.

Appreciated the status updates as unit was received, problem verified, serviced, tested, and finally notification unit had been shipped back to me. Never had to contact Nick's for a update.
