We had ordered blue/gold tiles and the ones sent were black/gold. The paint looked like there had been a problem in the painting process and they did not look like the items from the photos that were displayed. The tiles had also been damaged in shipping. We contacted the seller and he requested photos of the tiles. We did send photos and our purchase price was refunded.
