Safe and reliable.
I have used Spatone on and off for years since I have a very adverse reaction to prescribed ferrous sulphate. Spatone is very gentle on the stomach, no impact at all, comes from a natural source and easy to take. I would say it takes about a week to kick in. Great for Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) sufferers!
This is a wonderful product for people like me that have IBD. I nearly always have low iron and iron supplements can make my condition worse. A good source of iron

Really changed my life.

Solved a problem

I would recommend this product to anyone needing an Iron supplement who has difficulty digesting conventional Iron.
