It comes with extra washers/O-rings that I didn't need for my engine, so I assume the kit is used on multiple engines and that's normal. My engine is a 2014 Mercury 60HP ELPT 4-stroke outboard with the 1.83:1 gear ratio. This kit is NOT for the Command Thrust gear cases. Also, even though this is a water pump kit, in included the three yellow seals for the gear lube fittings. Very nice addition.

only thing that fit was the impeller. holes in impeller housing were under sized. had to use old one.
