As of now, the listing is still up, and the seller is still selling, hoping that people will not notice. Based on other negative feedback for the seller, my situation is not unique, and i think this is their model. I would not purchase from them again

I'd encourage vendor to be more clear about this, but would recommend this vendor otherwise. They're discount watches. Delivery time was good.
