I did not find that neither the shampoo and the body wash did anything to kill DEMODEX. Actually, neither does the skin lotion... however, I like this lotion for how quickly it absorbs and how it makes my skin feel. After using the DEMODEX plus, for almost 6 months, is needed moisture without oil. I so much wanted these products to work and end this nightmare. Expensive, but a little goes a long way.
This is an expensive shampoo, but I have short hair so I don't need much product. It seems to be working to reduce itch and kill any mites causing the issue. It definitely stops the itching.
