Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. I received it, well packaged, and and it is working like new.Synology DS1815+ NAS Repair Service 1 Year Warranty (Nr. 235021136263)

Found Nick's repair service and decided to go that route instead. They did the common fix, tested for that and sent it back. Turned out the CPU was also bad which required extra service and specialized equipment. Decided to go with it and am pleased to report everything is good! Nick's maintained great communication throughout. Great eBayer, excellent service, will definitely use again. A+++++++
