Arrived new, undamaged n 48hours after I ordered it, giving me 2 days to install before the 2 weeks of subarctic temps. At $100 for 1000sqft and free shipping, this was the best price. It looks n sounds like the belly of the great space beast in my crawlspace, but even without thermal insulation, just tacked to the framing, the difference is palpable. I dont buy 4ever plastics and toxic foils: worth the exception.

I got the correct flag today and they even sent the mailer and return label at no extra cost. I feel I got a good value fory flag and the condition was new as stated. Communication was prompt and they made sure both sides understood each other. The quality is superb. No tears or holes in the flag either. I still give them 5 stars
