    One of the cases showed up with damage on the plastic cover. Also I’m a little annoyed that it wasn’t three of the same specific case considering I was ordering these to replace broken cases for a TV show and I was ordering assuming it would be the same case as the one in the picture. Besides that, the items were packed well and did ship quickly.

    Season 2 is great viewing.

    Great soap opera stuff, was glad there was no raunchy stuff in this. The grandmother played by MaggieSmith(Harry Potter teacher at Hogwarts that wore the witches hat)is sensational! She delivers her lines perfectly and cutting like a knife! Hilarious! She is the family matriarch and I my opinion, the best of all! All the actors are excellent, the story is too, the setting, the period, all great stuff. Can't wait to watch next 2 seasons when they get here! These days finding excellent storylines with great acting without all the extra trash is hard to find. Season 1 did have a stupidly offensive scene which could have been so easily implied, and more effectively without showing the "kiss". But other than that, very very good.

    great

    I had to order Season 2 of Downton Abby because one of my disks was scratched and wouldn't play the very last scene, where Matthew proposes to Mary. I bought this, the price was right. The case it came in was kind of flimsy but I didn't expect anything different for the price. All 3 dvd's are perfect.

    Interesting story...

    Only watched the first couple episodes, and it is an enjoyable show. I'm not happy about the push with the homosexual agenda. I know that that is becoming more and more of an issue, but I don't agree to adding it blatantly to the plots and to be encouraging it as a way of life.

    Very well written story line, with perceptive understanding of human relationships.

    We love this series, especially the one-or two line zingers that "Granny" always has for every occasion.

    Retro American 23rd is an idiot

    Downton Abbey is a fantastic program. The cast and characters are astounding and the amazing-attention to authenticity and detail are truly amazing.Only troglodytes like retroamerica could find fault. Let him stick to Looney Tunes .
