Once he received the shipment postage was extremely quick and I was generously compensated for the delay that wasn't even his fault and I absolutely recommend, and most definitely will shop there again thank you, Sam.

They even rang me to find out what the problem was and had it sorted in record time, i have no problems recommending this company as they go far and beyond to get things sorted. i have two of their chain sharpeners one for 3/8 404 chain and one for 325 and 3/8LP chain. if you are in the market for a good quality sharpener don't waste your money on overpriced Oregon.
