It has all the furniture and Instruction manual. It was shipped quickly. It was the most meticulously packed item I ever received. The house was wrapped in bubble wrap. Placed in cardboard box then placed inside another cardboard box. Foam pieces and extra cardboard placed in corners to protect it from being damaged during shipping. I love it so much. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning !
