Great vitamins but tough to swallow
I have been using these vitamins for a couple of years now and they have worked well for me. Not sure if it is because of the vitamins but I have been feeling very good and I can’t remember the last time I got sick. My only gripe is that they are hard to swallow. They can easily get stuck in your throat and refuse to go down. Several gulps of water will be needed to get them moving. I wish they had a coating to make swallowing them easier. Great Value, Great product.
They are an extremely effective vitamin and do not leave a horrible after taste like many whole food vitamins. They are effective enough that you can easily take half of what is recommended, two rather than four, and do just fine unless you really need the full dosage for medical reasons. GREAT Vitamins!
ive taken vitamins off and on all my life but never saw any benefit until i decided to spend some big money ( in my opinion) and try this brand. I NOTICED I WAS FELLING GREAT RIGHT AWAT! One of the Best Men's Multivitamin you can buy.
Garden of Life's Wiser Man 40+ has been my choice for a number of years now. It is loaded with good things that a 40+ man needs to maintain a healthy life. The 4 caps per day does seem excessive, but the results do show that they are needed. This is why I like buying the 240ct bottle. Organic and Complete balance and thru this seller the cheapest source for now.
It organically medicinal and tastes medicinal so expect that. I keep it in the fridge. Just for Coq10 levels that alone makes is worth the cost and convenience combined with all the other stuff in it. Good vitamins

Excellent vitamin product!
