Suits my simple needs.
I found this to be a nice product. To beginners, this roadbed is scored directly down the center. at an angle The center score will actually be your outer angled roadbed edges. You have to separate the two halves at the score mark. Each half is 1/2" wide. The pros: This roadbed seems like a really nice cork to work with. It is flexible and can create a nice radius without any struggle or soaking in water, which the directions say to do. I used wood glue to glue the roadbed down to my plywood layout, then held the roadbed and curves in place using push pins. I did one half at a time, allowed it to dry completely, then repeated the process with the other half. Worked great! It's flexible enough to work with, yet firm enough to seem durable for a nice long-lasting track bed. It's also very easy to cut, using a hobby knife. The only con I really found about this product was the center score/angle cut. When you separate the two halves, the one half has a perfect angled edge, while the other half actually is hard to tell that there is any angle at all. That being said, I had to use a hobby knife and re-cut that angled edge lengthwise on every half strip of roadbed in each box.once it was glued to my layout. Oh well, part of the hobby, I suppose. Dont buy it
