The item description stated new, and I indeed receive a DVD in original package still wrapped. However, the DVD was damaged. My kids were so sad as they paid with their own money. I am guessing it was a manufacturing flaw which the seller would have no way of knowing about. I contacted the seller to see if a replacement would be possible.
