MARTIN _EXTRA_ LIGHT_STRINGS......what can I say?
Hey.....what more can you say about a great product that has been around for at least 50 years. When my guitar repair customers ask me to install extra light strings that are easy on the fingers, reasonably priced and sound nice and bright.......Martin is the first thing that pops in my head. It is my "go to" extra light string

Great sound
I formally used 12 gauge strings at the advise of my teacher/mentor. He would explain that heavier strings stay in tune longer. Well, I replaced them with these 10 gauge strings and I am sorry I didn't do it sooner. Bending, hammer-ons, pull-offs, even just forming chords have just become easier to do, and believe me, I need all the help I can get. As for the sound, WOW!!! Cleaner, crisper, clearer, with more of the pithy, folk music guitar sound I like. Oh, BTW, no problem staying in tune either. My acoustic guitar never sounded this good. I recommend them to anyone, beginner or pro!!!

Great Guitar Strings!
These are a perfect, high quality product. I usually use Martin Light strings. This was my first time trying the Extra Lights. I will never use anything else! The sound quality is excellent, and they are even easier on my fingers than the Light strings.

.A lighter string for my lighter guitar
I bought these Martin Xtra lights for a 38 inch guitar with a 20 inch scale . With the shortened scale the strings don't have to be as tight as they do on a dreadnought . They sound great and are easy to finger . I use light to medium on my larger guitars but these are perfect for a 3/4 . The diameters on the strings are very much the same as the ones that came on the guitar new but the sound is much improved .

Martin Guitar Strings
Stay in tune long time. Excellent tone quality. Cheaper in long run cause they last longer. Will continue to use them for years to come!!!

Perfect....but...
These strings sound great and the sizing is perfect for XL....The only down side is longevity. But you are paying 1/2 the price. Just depends on what 'you' want. I would recommend them

Love 89/20s
The great sound of real bronze!!! These restore that real acoustic tone while light action, and sound of heavier string are retained. Nothing sounds better on a Martin than Martin 80/20s.

extra light martin strings
Do I like it? Yes, I do! Need extra sets (doing extensive luthier work on my acoustic). And they sound great - fast ship - good price for 3 sets!

Martin Extra lights
Brights highs and good ring. Very easy on the fingers too. Last set lasted about a year. Never broke any strings and I play just about every day.
