I just swapped out the old carb on my 2 yr old Echo SRM-225 Trimmer with this new Zama. Started up on the 1st pull and no adjustment needed. I'm very happy with this product. Don't throw away your Echo. Get a New Carb!
Easy swap for my Echo SRM225. Started on the 2nd pull and ran perfectly. Swapped it to my Echo edger which had the same problem as the trimmer (wouldn't start at all) and it started promptly and ran smoothly. No adjustments needed. Not much more $$ than a rebuild kit and a lot less time and frustration. If you're about to trash your Echo, invest $30 in a new carb! Easiest replacement ever!

Easy swap.
