The Prince of Mischief
This is the only villain costume they released for the Round Two Dr. Evil. But it was a great one. It’s right out of Silver Age Thor comics. There’s a convincingly hefty trident, a golden chalice ( for sipping mead or poisoning foes) and - a length of chain? Not sure what this last was for, but, two outta three ain’t bad! There’s also two sets of hands and a tunic that , if you collect all of the Cap’ Action toys, allows you to put together a Hawkeye costume!
