Rarely use it.
If you can't manually sharpen your knives, you could damage them if this grinder is used improperly. Strongly suggest you use it on cheap knives first and once you're proficient and can get the knife/ves shaving sharp, then move to your expensive knives. Never knew keeping knives sharp was so easy
The first time I used my sharpener, I knew this is what I was looking for. It is so easy to sharpen any knife. The guides hold the knife in the proper position to put the best cutting angle on any knife. We own a set of "Old Homestead" and this Presto sharpener made them like new again. Best knife sharpener I have owned
