I do wish they had communicated this proactively, as I was left in the dark for quite a while. Once they did respond, they were responsive and shipped my item quickly. I received it about five weeks after placing the order. Items were as described. I had wanted this for a while and this was the most reasonably priced one I found on eBay and the seller even discounted the item a bit. I'm in Alabama and received this product 6 days after shipped. I contacted Seller and Seller was so gracious about it-it actually ended up in California at someone's front desk! Offered to send me out a replacement asap which the Seller did. The 2nd one arrived pretty quickly. It looks exactly like the pic.
