Makita 9401 is a great tool!
These are great sanders but expect to do some maintenance and rebuilding sooner or later. The drive drum may need replacing or brushes and so forth. You will have a quality belt sander that you won't be able to replace with newer models. Ear plugs are a must as these sanders are noisy. Newer models are quieter.
