Factory sealed, and I didn't pay THAT much more than if I bought from USA if it was offered. Looked great with the typical DJI packaging, and WITH_US_STORE got to me well within reason of travel, especially with the embargo BS the USA gov currently has with DJI.

This was my 3rd drone purchase from them. No issues at all, packed well, shipped super fast, arrived from Korea to US, literally in 3 days! It was nicely packed, in brand new, sealed package, exactly as advertised. I had some minor issues with shipping carrier, reached out to seller, they responded right away, it all turned out false alarm! I highly this seller, buy from him with confidence!
