When contacted seller, I didn’t get a response until after leaving negative feedback. I was offered a return policy but I had already gave the kids the pop because I didn’t hear from the seller, asked if we could just work out a partial refund and ghost AGAIN! Seller asked for 48 hrs to respond and still nothing. I was also blocked from auctions smh but that’s fine. You can return for a full refund
