There was a problem with the sizing of the actual product despite it being labeled correctly. I felt it unnecessary to return due to it being cheap and not the fault of the seller. I reached out to see if they through the sizing of this brand was off, just for some guidance on getting one that would work. They immediately offered a partial refund. I declined, but they put it through anyway. This is a great merchant!

My students will use this for our genomic kit, and having the larger quantities helps in case there are mistakes. An excellent value for our lab.
