slightly poor quality
The remover takes staples out and rarely tears the paper. My one complaint was that the thing that needed to be pushed up to remove the staples from the remover, was stuck and had to be fixed with a screw driver to make it work. However, after a few more pushes, it works fine now.

Better than "The Claw" For Removing Staples
After I bent the previous ("claw") staple remover I went to eBay to find a new one. When I saw this one, I gave it a try. Besides, it was very inexpensive. I was right to take the chance! This staple remover was superior and it stores next to the pens on my desk (unlike the previous one that had to be kept in a drawer). It is also magnetic so it catches the pieces of the staple as it is removed from the paper.

Very useful
This is so handy, I just love it! I painted mine with nailpolish so people know it's mine. The magnet at the end is a very handy feature which I use often to clean up my mess of staples off my desk.
