The phone was exactly as described, in pristine condition, and worked perfectly. It was a steal for the price, much lower than retail, with a charger included. The seller was responsive and professional. This was a great deal, and I highly recommend this seller! Advice to any fellow deal seeker is to buy a SIM kit locally, as the one on Amazon do not work consistently

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
