    There was an issue with the iPhone 14 I received - it was locked to Verizon, even though the listing said it was unlocked. At first, this was frustrating, but the seller responded, accepted the return, and promised to make it right. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the problem and take responsibility. While it wasn’t a perfect experience, I’m glad we were able to work through it together.

    After some back and forth, the seller and I were able to work through the issue together. While the phone was initially locked despite being listed as unlocked, the seller responded and accepted the return. They also promised to find a way to make it up to me, which I appreciate. I’m hopeful we can close this out on a better note.

    Rock solid and performs very well

    This thing is ready for the next war! Talk about rugged. Very impressed. Solid as a rock. Quite hefty, though. It has nice touches like the light flashes when it is called, along with the usual ringer. It can be made to ring quite loudly. A missed call will have the light blink every couple of seconds, too. Some specs I read elsewhere said it did not have video but this one has photos and video. It also has multiple LAN connections for 2.4 and 5.0. The only slight downside is that the PTT button, when accidentally pushed (in the case of T-Mobile), will ask you if you want to sign up for that service. There probably is a way to turn that off but I haven't delved into all the features yet. It's very solid. I use this as a backup, emergency phone. No doubt it could survive ...

    Phone has a lot of great features,like great and loud speaker phone.Has large screen large key pad so you can easily read the numbers your dialing. has a multi-shift battery life,and is drop/impact resistant. Comes with sim card wall charger,and usb cable. Great phone, great buy!

    Works great as a Zello Work radio even without a SIM using wifi. Audio quality seems to be pretty good from the couple transmissions I've heard so far

    Bought this Sonim XP3 Plus flip phone for my elderly mom. The battery life is amazing, several days. But the phone is large and heavy. T-Mobile locked, I'm running on Tello. Only complaint is that a stock T-Mobile app gives a pop-up about wanting to register twice everyday; cannot turn it off. Only requires two button clicks to dismiss, so I guess it's fine.
