When the seller was contacted, he *immediately* put a replacement in the mail, along with an additional coin just in case one of the BU coins was not satisfactory. This was so extraordinary, and we were so impressed with this seller's commitment to customer service/satisfaction. So well done!!

This was still an overall positive eBay experience, but considering that I ordered three 82 Proof Sets on the same day, I would expect that the only one with a shipping charge would arrive before the two with free shipping, not after.
