I asked what the hold up was and the seller insisted it was shipped and would arrive the next day. (Spoiler Alert: It didn't) Seller then claimed they shipped it to a PO Box in my city instead of my address, that I entered when I bought the item, like any normal person would and should. I asked Ebay to step in and give me a refund which was granted.

Tries to guilt trip if you want to return and then drags out process. Still waiting for label after almost 2 days of "I'll do it". AVOID, they will do everything they can to make sure your process is obnoxious and time consuming. Involving ebay twice for this.
