I will be using the ring as an anniversary gift and will be able to present it in the box it came in. Arrived with the certificate which I will keep as well. First time purchasing this type of historical jewelry, was anxious and took some time to make the purchase, but so glad I did! The ring itself looks just like the photo only more beautiful. I wonder about durability, but we'll see how it goes. A very lovely piece for my husband.
