  COWBOYS-DO NOT BUY FORM THIS SELLER-items, delivered damaged with defects, take your risk on a china import rather than pay for the alleged American seller. Buyer is happy to accommodate during initial sell but poor to respond to any form to any conversation following delivery of defective products. Any UK buyer will pay an additional £37 costs for delivery on top of advertised costs and items will be poorly packed and have paper stuck to it making it unusable-con!.

  I did not receive the item described in the description that I purchased and I did not realize it until I started installing the letters. I then took pictures and sent message to seller about the item being different and they would not replace them with the correct item that I purchased because some of the letters had been installed already and I offered to send the wrong ones back but they would ot honor it. Quality of product is good but seller is not customer minded at all.

  Went back and forth with seller for nearly 5 days over an item that was never delivered. Seller claimed it was but could clearly see it was not by the tracking info , finally asked me if I wanted a refund I say yes then a day later proceeded to tell me to go argue with the postal carrier about it. needed to have eBay step in and initiate the refund.
