I have my items all set with 4 or 5 business day handling to ensure proper picking and packaging. As soon as we both discovered the package was lost in transit, I refunded you promptly for the full amount. Unfortunately these things happen sometimes. I try to do what I can to avoid that but I always refund immediately if packages go missing in transit. Thank you.
