The price was OK for a parts system. The only issues I had was the description was all wrong everywhere you looked on the page, the only parts that where right was what was missing and damaged and half of the listing title. and they called the unit a Dell Inspiron 5490 but it was actually a Dell Latitude 5400

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
