Still had the plastic along the side edges. Phone was specific to Tracfone as advertised, they accepted my plan and data and it was a seamless transfer to this new phone. This model does not have a headphone jack, that is apparently more common on the newer phones, however Bluetooth works great. All in all this was a great price and everything about the transaction went well! Thanks for the deal.
