I told the seller this & they offered to send me another set, which I accepted. I appreciated this very much! I haven't had time to play the second set yet but it did come wrapped in plastic shrink wrap and it looks new, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these DVDs will play OK on my DVD player.
