In "The Kilowatt Caper" Spidey must do battle with supervillain Electro, who breaks out of jail and tries to hold New York City hostage. This was not the seller's fault. The seller had wrapped the figurine in bubble wrap and marked the box as fragile. But having worked in delivery, I know packages get tossed around and dropped nevertheless. I will have to repair the item. But my transaction with the seller was positive.
