The packing was quite substantial with the tail lights well padded. Although they were advertised as used, they appeared quite new. When I installed them they worked perfectly and it was nice to see all of the tail lights on both sides lighting up again. It made me feel like I had a new car. I'm am very pleased with the purchase

Excellent communication from the seller and they provided pre package pictures as they were getting it ready to ship. Only thing I would suggest is less branding stickers, they put stickers over sealing surfaces and gaskets. Luckily I was able to remove them without damaging the product but had I not, this would be a different review.
