I contacted the seller who was very responsive and quick to address. I returned the two memory sticks that were an issue and the seller tested a pair of new matching sticks and sent them as replacements. I put them in my t5820, Ubuntu server and I've been running it for about two weeks with no issues. I would buy from this seller again.

The only thing that was different than what I expected was the CPU arrived without the plastic CPU caddy tray.
