The Nvidia GPU wasn't working properly, resulting in blue screens on a constant basis, and needed to be bypassed in Device Manager on every new window start. I needed to use the onboard GPU. Despite the issue, the vendor was very friendly, and acted immediately, offering a full refund. VERY GOOD communication!
