The item doesn’t have the dog tags or booklet, even though the packaging states it should; it was shrink wrapped and appears new. The discs had some scratches on them and we had issues at first getting them to play, but finally they worked. We are about to get into the 2nd of the 20+ DVDs, so far the value and appearance are as advertised.

I told the seller this & they offered to send me another set, which I accepted. I appreciated this very much! I haven't had time to play the second set yet but it did come wrapped in plastic shrink wrap and it looks new, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these DVDs will play OK on my DVD player.
